This year Carson played t-ball for the first time. He had lots of fun!
He's just so darn cute!
I'm gonna get you, ball!
Running takes a lot of concentration.
High fives are great and all... but get out of my way, I'm trying to score!
The outfield was the boring/party place. Carson definitely didn't figure this part of play out very well.
And it's hard to participate in plays when you're checking out the inside of your mitt or chatting up an opponent on base...
Silly boy.
As a catcher he did a little better, but I love how they just crouched back against the back, more as a place holder than anything else.
Ready...
Boom!
This is serious stuff, man.
On his toes
Go go!
Oops, too early (and golfing, apparently)...
Go go!
There's that tongue again.
Wohoo! Couple more runs!
Superstar.
That's right ball, I beat you to first.
Oops, to late.
Oops, too early.
Boom!
And, finally, he did in fact decide to go after a ball. Good job, Carson!
Meanwhile, on the sidelines, important discoveries were still being made and shared.
Emmett had a hard time letting this find go.
Snacks after every game were super important to all the kids, but this one Carson had to have a picture of. Who gets root beer floats for a post game snack!?
Go team!
And GO Carson! I'm glad you had such a fun season. Getting his first trophy was the big goal for Carson all season.
